Hanaeleh Workday/Open House 2/4/17
Many thanks to all of those people who came out for our workday and open house this Saturday! We had volunteers from several organizations, including the Lions Club and Girl Scouts come out to help. The Amish saying, "Many hands make light work," is one of our mottos; by all of us working together, we are able to accomplish what we would never be able to accomplish by ourselves. UPDATE: Titan
A few weeks ago we had the veterinarian out to reassess Titan's suspensory tendons. We rescued Titan from his previous owner because his suspensories were torn and he needed a long rehab. It has been six months since we took him in, and he has only been able to walk for about 15-20 minutes per day. We were hoping that the vet would clear Titan to light trotting, but he was concerned that the suspensories were not healed quite enough for trotting yet.
