We took Delilah up to her new home on Saturday, 11/1/14. She is living the good life in Malibu! She got into the trailer with little fuss, and was a good girl during the trip. The only real hangup was when we went to turn onto the one-lane road leading up to the barn, and a very large semi truck and trailer was half-stuck there. The owners of Maria, a very cute National Show Horse (Arabian/Tennessee Walker cross) mare need to find her a good home as they can no longer have the financial means to keep her. Delilah’s Going Away Party!
Delilah has a new home! Please come out and celebrate with us on Saturday from 11-12pm at Hanaeleh. We will give her a lovely send-off before we take her up to her new owner. "Boss" is a 16 year old bay Peruvian Paso gelding who needs a home as soon as possible. His owner is moving and doesn't have the financial means to keep him. She rescued him from a neglect situation for her daughter, but her daughter is afraid of him because he is very shy. Neither the mother nor the daughter can give him the time he needs.
