We are pleased to announce that Titan is now up for adoption! Titan is a 15 year-old Hanoverian/Irish Sport Horse Warmblood. He came to Hanaeleh because both of his hind suspensories had been torn and his owner did not want to rehab him. It's been almost a year, but he is now cleared for trotting and turn-out, and we have been riding him without issues. Titan is a BIG boy- he's 17 hands and WIDE. It was windy at Elizabeth's house last night, but she didn't think too much of it because it wasn't that windy.... We were contacted last month about a horse who needed a retirement home- she was a beautiful paint horse who had been owned by a woman who had become too elderly to care for her. She and another gelding were rescued by a woman, and she was able to rehabilitate both horses. She found a home for the gelding, but the mare had an accident at three which caused her to be permanently lame.
