The owner rescued this mare from potential slaughter in January and has been doing ground work and ground driving with her. She had about three weeks with a professional trainer. She is about 15 hands, and is around 15-17 y/o. The owner says that she needs an experienced rider as she has probably had some abuse in her past.
She is up-to-date on all of her shots, worming and teeth. She is sound and broke to ride. The owner has more pictures and some videos.
The owner is trying to find a good home for this mare- there is no adoption fee as the owner would just like to find the right home for this girl. If the adoptor is local, Stacy Nichols has offered a month of free training.
