Hanaeleh got a call a few weeks ago about a horse named Popcorn who needed some care. His owner did not have the time to come down and care for Popcorn on a daily basis, so a few people at the stable where he was boarded had been feeding and caring for him for the past few months. UPDATE: Hope and Grace’s New Home
We are so very pleased to tell you that Hope and Grace have found a wonderful new home! Yes, the perfect home came around for these lovely ladies that allowed them to not only stay together, but have a safe place through their retirement. We were contacted by Barbara, a marriage and family therapist who uses horses as part of her therapy program out in Topanga Canyon. Morongo Valley, CA: Two Arabian Stallions Need Homes
We are helping to network two Arabian stallions for Refuge Ranch in Morongo Valley, CA (San Bernardino County). The rescue was called out to help a herd of Arabians who had been abandoned by their owner. They have found homes for all but two of the stallions. The stallions are purebred and are calm and able to be handled. They have not, however, been trained to ride. Ehmaan DVA is a twelve year old chestnut born May 13, 2006.
