Equine Advocacy: Hanaeleh’s Response to Criticism about Being “Political”
We live in an incredibly polarized time right now, and people's tempers get high when they feel that their personal moral beliefs are being challenged. Our goal at Hanaeleh is not to choose a political side, but to point out issues that affect animals- horses, specifically. URGENT PIG RESCUE! (Also, Great Pyrenees dogs)- All Need Homes/Donations
We were contacted tonight about a hoarding situation. There were seven Great Pyrenees (dogs), three pigs and two goats who were emaciated and living in filth. Animal Control allowed a dog rescue to take the dogs, but the owner refused to turn over the goats, and instead had them slaughtered that day (they were what was being fed to the dogs).
