Titan has been feeling very good these past few weeks! He has been enjoying the cooler weather and acting very silly in the round pen, but today he seemed pretty mellow, so Emily got on him bareback and rode him around for a while. He is so easy to ride- especially bareback!
We are still looking for a good home for him- because of his previous injury, we are looking for a home that only wants him to walk or trot, as cantering can put undue pressure on his suspensories. We have had several people interested in him, but then back out because of fear that he may reinjure himself. This is incredibly frustrating because, according to our vet, he should be sound and rideable for many more years as long as we don’t overwork the suspensories by having him canter or run. He is a lovely horse to ride, and we hope that the right person will come along who will love him just the way he is!
