We are looking for a new home for Delilah, a 10 year-old Thoroughbred mare. Delilah is very sweet, and would be great for an intermediate rider, or someone who has had lessons but who wants their first horse. We have been taking her out on the street and out on trail- she is more comfortable if there are other horses with her, but she will still go out on her own.
Delilah needs someone who believes in positive reinforcement, as she really loves to please. She is an excellent pleasure/trail horse, and has done well in our sensory clinics. At 16 hands, she is a big girl, but she has easy gaits to ride. We have been riding her either bareback or in an English saddle. Below you can see a video and some pictures of Delilah:
