Trabuco Canyon, CA: Two Quarter Horses need homes by end of November

November 25, 2013 By ezarkos

We just received word that there are two Quarter Horses in Trabuco Canyon who need homes.

Jewel is 8 years old (born May 11, 2005). She is a registered Sorrel Quarter horse and has been trained in Gymkhana and reining. She has competed and came in 4th place in team sorting at the Oklahoma City American Youth QH Association.  She is about 14.3 hands.

Raki is a 15 y/o registered bay Quarter Horse mare.  She has been trained in penning and sorting and is good on trail.

Both mares need their feet trimmed (they are currently barefoot), and are due for all of their shots.   If they are adopted through Hanaeleh they will have a $1,000 adoption fee (all of our horses have a first right-of-refusal, so if things don’t work out, we will take the horse back). The major issue is that the owner needs to find the horses homes by Friday.  We can help trailer if necessary.

Pictures are attached.
