Two horses need homes by the end of August. They were originally owned by a woman but she passed away and the ownership went to her brother. He has cared for his sister’s horses for the past few years on his ranch in Montana. This year he moved to Southern California and found a boarding facility for the horses. Unfortunately, his financial situation has changed dramatically, and he can no longer afford to keep the horses.
The owner wants to do right by his sister’s horses, but he only has enough money to keep the horses at the facility through the end of August. He needs to find a good home for the two horses before then.
One horse is a 6 year-old chestnut Saddlebred mare. She is registered and has been ridden.
The other horse is a 4 year-old Nakota Mustang (from South America). The owner is not sure if he has been ridden, but thinks he had some initial training when his sister was alive.
The horses are both healthy, in good weight, and up-to-date on vaccinations. They are both barefoot.
