SCTR Horses All Have Homes!

It's amazing but you all did it- all of the Thoroughbreds at the Southern California Thoroughbred Rescue have homes! When Hanaeleh got the email that all of the Thoroughbreds at SCTR were set to be euthanized by the end of the year when the rescue closed, we knew we needed to help, and we knew that our supporters would step up! URGENT: Two Horses at Auction- Need Funds ASAP!

Hanaeleh was made aware of a large group of horses that were dumped at a Texas kill pen. These horses were essentially someone's pets, and when they ran out of money, instead of calling a rescue to place them, they sent all of these horses to potential slaughter. There were so many horses, including babies, who were in danger of being shipped out to slaughter.
