Andromeda is a sweet little National Show Horse who we rescued from going to slaughter last year- she had been sold from one killer buyer to another, and no one at the auction would buy her- so we were really her only option. "Andromeda is in Danger" After we lost Sable in September, we were approached by a friend who works with Auction Horses Rescue (AHR), which rescues horses not only from the auctions, but also directly from the traders who ship horses to states like Washington and Arizona for the purpose of slaughter.
