Sheepies Update!

Both Magellan and Phillip were sheared this past Sunday- they didn't seem terribly thrilled about the idea, but they are so much cooler!  It took Phillip and Magellan a little while to recognize one another again, though! Caught!

We have noticed that there have been a few thieves in the "Reno Memorial Garden" over the past few weeks.  Although evidence first pointed to Phillip and Magellan, the sheep have professed their innocence, the bite mark tests have been inconclusive. Another, darker, more ominous presence has been seen around the garden as well.  Some call him "Demon" or "Ghost," although only a brief snapshot has been taken of this elusive thief.  Perhaps he is a cousin of the rare Sasquatch?  Perhaps we … [Read more...]

Update: Thousand Oaks, CA: TB scheduled to be euthanized is SAFE!

We received word that the Thoroughbred in Thousand Oaks is safe!  He was scheduled to be euthanized because the owner could no longer afford him, but some wonderful people helped donate some money to keep his board up, and he is scheduled to go to his new home in Temecula on Thursday.
