Norco, CA: 9 y/o Thoroughbred Mare “Dixie” Needs Home

We were contacted by a woman who owns a 9 year-old bay Thoroughbred mare named Dixie Run. Dixie reared while being ridden, and flipped over, shattering the owner's pelvis. She has a long road to recovery, and is unable to continue to care for Dixie. She is looking to find Dixie a new home, preferably as a companion. Dixie is currently in Norco, CA.
