Many thanks to all of those people who came out for our workday and open house this Saturday! We had volunteers from several organizations, including the Lions Club and Girl Scouts come out to help. The Amish saying, "Many hands make light work," is one of our mottos; by all of us working together, we are able to accomplish what we would never be able to accomplish by ourselves. Update: SJC, CA: Dallas- Arabian mare who needs home
Just a quick update on Dallas- I believe we have found a very good home for her! She will be at a private residence, and the owner has Arabians and knows how to help supplement their feed, so Dallas should gain her weight back quite quickly! The only issue we have now is in transport- we need to get Dallas from San Juan Capistrano to Modesto, CA. Hanaeleh Summer Internship
Hanaeleh is offering a summer internship for up to five individuals for the summer. The internship will run from July 1st and run through August 17th. Interns will meet from 8am-11am every Tuesday and Thursday and 4:30pm-6:30pm every Monday and Wednesday. It is not mandatory that interns attend every session, although individuals who are able to attend through the entire summer will have priority. This is an unpaid internship.
