Hanaeleh is offering a summer internship for up to five individuals for the summer. The internship will run from July 1st and run through August 17th. Interns will meet from 8am-11am every Tuesday and Thursday and 4:30pm-6:30pm every Monday and Wednesday. Heal Fast Therapy Patch
Heal Fast Therapy donated several patches to Hanaeleh to use on some of horses with more painful issues. We have used it on both Ulysses and Maggie, both with long-term lameness issues which have not responded to other treatment. In addition to having several bowed tendons and the inability to stand on three feet because of his neurological issues, he started to develop some major swelling on his left knee. Zorro
It is with a heavy heart that Hanaeleh has to report that Zorro passed away on Easter morning. Zorro's rescue was a coordination of Hanaeleh, Blue Apple Ranch and Red Bucket Equine Rescue. Red Bucket was contacted when Zorro's owner of 20 years passed away. The brother said that if they did not take him, he was going to sell Zorro to slaughter.
